A researcher replies
Research questions are answered by the person who covers that area, not by an account manager.
Usually within two working days
If a question needs real work to answer properly, we will say so rather than send something thin.
We will say no clearly
If a topic sits outside our five coverage areas, we will tell you plainly instead of improvising.
Do I need to be a subscriber to ask a question?
No. You are welcome to ask before deciding whether the coverage is useful to you.
Can you advise me on an investment?
No. We are not authorised or regulated and we do not give advice or make recommendations of any kind.
Do you take briefing calls from companies?
Yes, as part of research. We do not accept payment for coverage and we disclose any relationship that could be read as a conflict.
